ABOUT
The choir’s origins were found in a singing class set up by the LGBT Centre for Health and Wellbeing and run by Emily Isaacson. Following a performance in Sala, the group grew to 25 and formed a fully-fledged choir under the leadership of Karen Dietz. We now have over 60 members.

Our repertoire is as diverse as our membership and includes simple rounds, popular music, traditional music, light classics, festive and seasonal songs, early American shape-note songs, lesbian/gay anthems, and of course, show tunes. We have a talented team of musicians who work with Kathleen to plan and arrange our growing repertoire.

Musical Director: Kathleen Cronie began her studies at The University of Aberdeen, graduating with an MA in French and Gaelic Studies, before moving on to complete a Bachelor of Music Degree at The Ian Tomlin Academy of Music at Edinburgh Napier University, graduating with first class honours and also winning The Harold Gray Prize for Singing.
