LEGATO runs on the energy and passion of our volunteers—musicians, organisers, and ambassadors who care about music and LGBTQ+ equality. Our team includes coordinators and project leads who keep the network running, support member choirs, and make our events happen.
We stay connected with choirs, organise meetings, and manage projects that bring our community together. Want to help shape the future of LGBTQ+ choral music in Europe? There are lots of ways to get involved.
What are we looking for?
We need volunteers to help us grow and give the best possible support to our members. Right now, we’re looking for people who can help with:

Fundraising (especially applying for European funds)

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (offering guidance and support to the Board and our members)

Communications (running social media, writing newsletters, and helping shape our comms strategy)
