At LEGATO, we believe in the transformative power of singing. Through music, we create spaces where LGBTQ+ people across Europe can come together, find belonging, and raise their voices in pride.
We want this to be a reality for LGBTQ+ singers in every corner of Europe — but we can’t do it alone.
Why Your Support Matters
At LEGATO, we believe in the power of song to create change. We bring together LGBTQ+ voices from across Europe to celebrate diversity, build connection, and promote equality through choral music and singing as an international LGBTQ+ community.
In many regions, LGBTQ+ individuals still face isolation and discrimination. A choir can be more than just a musical group — it can be a lifeline, a safe space, a powerful expression of identity and community.

Our vision
We’ve launched Singing for Equality, a bold 20-year initiative to support or establish at least one LGBTQ+ inclusive choir in every major city in Europe.
That means 500 choirs, reaching 750 million people, building spaces where LGBTQ+ voices aren’t just safe — they’re celebrated.
It’s ambitious. It’s possible. And with your support, it’s already happening.
