Glühwein, Glitter, Glockenklang // Mulled wine, glitter, the jingle of bells

Mulled wine, glitter, the jingle of bells
Advent(ure) with the WEIBrations
or
The WEIBrations: tinsel, carols and minor Christmas disasters
As the Advent season once again beckons with mulled wine, last-minute gift-hunting and questionable family traditions, the WEIBrations provide the perfect soundtrack.
On Sunday 29 November at 7.00 pm, the choir will whisk its audience at the Tollhaus (Small Hall) away on a musical Christmas journey with a difference: fresh, festive, cheeky – and guaranteed not to be as dry as last year’s Christmas stollen.
Under the title ‘Mulled Wine, Glitter, Bells Ringing’, the audience can look forward to a varied concert featuring plenty of new songs, wintery catchy tunes and, of course, a few musical ‘evergreen’ classics. The WEIBrations will serve up contemplative and festive pieces – though always with a charming twinkle in their eye. For amidst the candlelight and harmony, there are also quirky, offbeat and delightfully wicked stories centred on Christmas.
In short: an evening for everyone who loves Christmas, can have a laugh about it – or is in desperate need of musical salvation from the madness of Advent.
Warm regards from the WEIBrations
