As defined in the constitution, the board consists of seven persons with equal rights and at least one woman and one man, elected for a period of two years. BELLE ALLIANCE HAMBURG GERMANY Founded: 1994 Type: SATB # Wonderful Supporting members 5 # Wonderful members 20 ABOUT Belle Alliance was founded in 1994 as the first lesbian and gay choir in Hamburg and has been open to the entire LGBTQIA+ community since the beginning. Whether queer, bi, gay or lesbian: around 20 singers in four vocal groups under the musical direction of John Lehman work on new and old pieces once a week and put the finishing touches to them until they are ready for performance. The musical repertoire includes pop, musicals and hits from the last few decades as well as more traditional pieces and folk songs. However, Belle Alliance likes to rewrite the lyrics in a queer way.
