Soorten & Maten (which translates as 'Sorts & Sizes', but maten also means mates ànd (musical) measure in Dutch) is the gay choir of Twente, a traditionally mainly agricultural and industrial workers region in the east of the Netherlands. 

We meet every Thursday evening above the local gay bar Stonewall in Enschede, to rehearse under the leadership of our professional director Roos.    

Our aim is to give homosexuality a positive exposure and to create social cohesion by singing together.
